Nutiva
While their brand had been a staple on grocery aisles for years, Nutiva wanted to launch a scented organic coconut oil into the body care category and knew they needed to fit into that department, while still standing out as a brand. Since we’re known for creating expressive brands and packaging, Nutiva came to Modern Species to help make this launch a success. The packaging we came up with for them carried over some of the best-known aspects of their food brand, like lots of white space, color blocking for SKUs, and illustrations — but gave it new life as a body care brand that could extend into other products, while always popping off the shelves.
